Louise Chappell

Louise Chappell is Scientia Professor in the Law Faculty, University of New South Wales and an associate and former Director of the Australian Human Rights Institute. Louise uses a feminist institutionalist framework to explore gendered political, legal and administrative institutions in comparative perspective. Among Louise’s current research projects are studies of gender and judging at the International Criminal Court and gender in health and medical research institutions.
