Natália Torres
PhD Candidate, University of Lisbon
Natália Sant Anna Torres holds a degree in International Relations from the University of the State of São Paulo (UNESP, Brazil), a Master’s in Public Policy, Strategy, and Development from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ, Brazil), and is currently a PhD candidate in Political Science at the Higher Institute of Social and Political Sciences (ISCSP), University of Lisbon. Her research primarily explores gender dynamics within the emerging international financial architecture, as well as the interactions between the BRICS, the New Development Bank, and social movements in the Global South. Natália is a member of the Center for Administration and Public Policies (CAPP) at the University of Lisbon and a fellow at the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT) in Portugal.
