Fernanda Campanini Vilhena
PhD candidate, University of Deusto
Fernanda is a lawyer specialising in human rights and gender equality. She is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Deusto in Spain, where she is a member of the coordination team of the Horizon 2020 GEARING-Roles project and of the task force implementing the Gender Equality Plan at Deusto. Her research explores institutional change for gender equality through a feminist institutionalist perspective, especially within the framework of EC funded projects. She has previously held a civil servant position in the Brazilian Public Prosecution, where she worked as a legal officer in the department of domestic violence and crimes against children.
