Chloe is an ESRC-funded PhD researcher at Newnham College, University of Cambridge, exploring how ongoing geopolitical and geoeconomic shifts are (re)shaping approaches to women’s and girls’ rights and gender equality in international development. Focused on the rights of women and girls, gender equality, social inclusion, civil society, and international development policy, she is committed to advancing meaningful change through evidence-based research and practical policy solutions/recommendations. She is interested in the broader intersections of global development, governance, and inclusive policy-making.
