Anna Góral

Assistant Professor, Jagiellonian University

Anna Góral is an organizational and management researcher, PhD, Assistant Professor at the Institute of Culture, Faculty of Management and Social Communication, Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland. Much of her ongoing work focuses on the community building and governance, communities’ self-organization and networking. She is also interested in diversity management and in particular in studying female leadership in feminized organizations.
