Aloïsa Pilloy is an early career researcher in Political Science at Université Catholique de Louvain. She applies both quantitative and qualitative methods into investigating the Political Opportunity Structures related to women’s emergence as candidates in Western European elections. More broadly, her research interests lie more with elections, candidacy and gender.
